Ensure you have your Base Serial number, Customer Number and Customer Zone password.

Go to our Data fix FAQ for steps on where you can find this information.

  1. Go to portal.sage.co.za/accounting and enter Customer Number.
  2. Enter Customer Zone Password and select Sign-in.
  3. From the drop-down select your package then Continue.
  4. Click Support then Data Management.
  5. Select Data Fix then the incident reference number by Incident Reference
  6. Select Download by Download Files (Files that have already been fixed).

NOTE: In a multiuser environment, it’s advised you restore the data directly from the Sage 50cloud Pastel server.
